Dr. Blake earned her doctorate in clinical psychology at Adelphi University and has been with Empire State Forensics since 2024, serving as a clinical supervisor and treatment provider. At ESF she evaluates and treats adults with problematic sexual behavior and cares for those struggling with major mental illness, affective and personality disorders, and problems of daily living. In treatment she utilizes a patient-centered approach focusing on interpersonal dynamics, intrapsychic process, and developmental history. She works with her patients to address disordered thinking, emotion dysregulation, and behavior disorders. Her goal is to help patients identify personally meaningful goals and to lead a life that is authentic and responsible.
