Blair is a licensed therapist who specializes in supporting justice-involved individuals as they navigate personal growth, healing, and reintegration. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on non-judgmental reflection and collaborative strategy-building—helping clients develop the tools, insight, and confidence to create healthy, meaningful lives.
Before becoming a therapist, Blair worked globally with United Nations agencies as a specialist in men and masculinity, focusing on gender, social justice, and behavioral transformation. This experience deeply informs her clinical approach, blending compassion, accountability, and systemic awareness.
Blair is a graduate from the University of Chicago Crown family school of Social Work where she was a Kiphart Scholar in Global Social Work.
