Jennifer Cinicolo, LMHC has worked for the program since 2013 specializing in the evaluation and trauma informed treatment of justice-involved adult males and females who commit sexual harm and juveniles who exhibit problematic sexual behavior, including those found responsible for college campus sexual assault.

Ms. Cinicolo also works with individuals who identify as Non-Offending Minor Attracted Persons (NOMAPS), who would like support in managing their sexual attractions or increasing overall well being.

The Empire State Forensics team currently contracts with NYS Office of Mental Health, the Southern District of New York Federal Probation Department, and work closely with local probation departments providing treatment to persons who require intensive sex-offense-specific treatment. Ms. Cinicolo co-leads and facilitates multiple treatment groups.

Ms. Cinicolo is a member in good standing of National ATSA (Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse) and serves as the President for the NYS Chapter of ATSA. Ms. Cinicolo also serves as the secretary on the board of the New York State Alliance for the Prevention of Sexual Abuse. The ATSA Fellow designation is an enhancement to professional credentials and is recognized by their colleagues in ATSA as a member of a select group, comprised of an esteemed 5% of ATSA membership. Ms. Cinicolo became an ATSA Fellow in 2023.
